Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING:

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping and return on any purchase.  Everywhere. Expedited shipping is available on a preferred-fee basis if desired.

CUSTOMER CARE:

S N O Whistler strives for 100% satisfaction with customers.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your S N O purchase, you may return the item(s) free of charge for an exchange or refund.  Please contact us at info@SNOwhistler.com so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We feel 15 days is a fair period for you to feel good about your purchase. If more than 15 days has gone by since your purchase arrived and unless it is defective, we unfortunately will not be able to process an exchange, credit, or refund.

DETAILS:

To be eligible for an exchange, return, or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your request we do require a receipt or proof of purchase/gift.

Within 15 days as noted above, please email us with proof of purchase to info@SNOwhistler.com describing your situation.  Based on receipt of your email and approval confirmed in our email reply, exchange or return will be processed.

Return Processing and Shipping:
Once you receive confirmation of exchange approval from us, please mail or ship your item to: S N O Whistler, Unit 1505, 3050 Hillcrest Drive, Whistler, BC, Canada, V0N 1B3. 

We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect your purchase value in the event it is lost in the mail. We simply can not guarantee we will receive your returned item.

The time it may take for your returned item to reach us and for the new exchanged item to reach you may vary.

We will pay standard shipping costs for any exchanged or returned item(s).   Note: to expedite your exchange/return, please pre-pay standard return shipping costs and once your returned item is approved for exchange/refund we will reimburse you for standard shipping costs.  

Refunds:
Once your return is received and satisfactorily inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of refund approval.
Your refund including standard shipping reimbursement will be processed with credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable period, we've found the best approach to rectify is the following:

  • Please double check your banking records
  • Then contact your credit card company  (it often takes some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Next contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted)
  • If you still have not received your refund, then please contact us at refund@SNOwhistler.com and we will help reach satisfaction

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
